My eleven year old daughter is in her sixth school grade. This is the last year at school before the students enter at the high school; They're raising funds to make a trip on next spring, and I wanted to help them, giving this design.
It was printed in one side of a pocket calendar.
They sold them all !!!

this is a class project for designing a corp. logo based on my last name. The company is a heavy machinery company.

They were here before us, they will survive. Pupae, moths, mosquitoes, ticks, bees, beetles, ants. They have beautiful and perfect geometries that come to life. They waited and pondered, have opted for silence. Now the wait is over and the time has come. The human being is a fashion, the future belongs to insect.

The entire moodboard is completely inspired by the shapes of insects and their world of color. The drawings, taken from original illustrations by Cristian Grossi, were applied to different supports, to create a collection of unique products: a limited edition set of illustrated notebooks in recovered paper, a set of pins and tees.

Project description: Create a wallpaper pattern for MCAD's cafeteria. Consider subject matter, narrative, sequence, scale and image quality. Pattern must repeat and tile to the left, right, top and bottom. Black and white or color. measurements: 32 x 72 inches. Timeline: two weeks.

Every product on the market has a barcode and yet only few companies have dared to interact with it design-wise. Since we always pay attention to details we decided to play around with the barcode. We saw the opportunity of a blank space around the barcode and designed it look more interesting by implementing roots growing from the barcode to form a fully grown tree which is a clear reference to our clients business. We have also designed a user friendly manual in a form of pictograms on the back of the package. Drawing of these pictograms was more challenging task then we thought as we needed to display the usage of the product in three small boxes. The design and colors choices proved to be a success at the end of the branding process.
The University of Salford has created the country’s first repository to showcase unique, creative typefaces designed by students from Salford and across the UK.
Salford Type Foundry (STF) has been developed by the University’s Graphic Design students and lecturer Tim Isherwood to provide a home initially for Salford student fonts, with students designing and building the Foundry’s website at www.salfordtypefoundry.co.uk to promote their work to the creative industries and beyond.
