strambotix.com/?p=3444 El panameño Esdras Jaimes, es un artista gráfico digital, sabe como unir cada una de sus virtudes para crear un arte creativo, original e innovador. Es casi imposible dejar de admirar cada detalle de sus curiosas obras.

Inició su carrera como ilustrador editorial a los 18 años en el Grupo Epasa, donde se ha valido del humor, la política, la actualidad nacional y de cuanto tema exista para realizar sus dibujos, caricaturas e infografías, que han ilustrado las páginas e incluso muchas de las portadas de los diarios Panamá América, Crítica, Día a Día y varios otros productos editoriales de esta empresa, también ha realizado reportajes fotográficos, ya que también se destaca en este género artístico.

Se considera un artista experimental, ya que siempre está mezclando distintas técnicas, desde joven amaba dibujar y diseñar desde mangas hasta arquitectura, nos cuenta que es lo que hubiera estudiado, para sorpresa de muchos Esdras es autodidacta y esto nos deja “boquiabiertos” puesto que su trabajo muestra una calidad impresionante.

Le gusta la caricatura de artistas, siendo amante de la música es un placer recrear estos personajes en sus dibujos. Dentro de sus próximos proyectos se encuentra hacer una caricatura del “Club de los 27″, que son grandes artistas del mundo de la música que han fallecido todos a esta edad, entre ellos Bob Marley, Amy Winehouse, Jimi Hendrix y Janis Joplin. Una de las experiencias que lo marcó, fue cuando lo contrataron para hacer caricaturas en vivo en el lanzamiento del Galaxy Note de Samsung, en ese evento estaban caricaturistas de larga trayectoria como Peña Moran a quien admira muchísimo, siendo un honor para él estar junto a estos grandes del lápiz.
