(May 24, 2024) The family of Midshipman Luke Bird, the family of Midshipman Mason Halsey and Command Master Chief Karim Cole are the three selected honorary members of the U.S. Naval Academy class of 2024. The class of 2024 graduated 1,040 midshipmen and were addressed by the Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III.
