At last, Graduation Day for my son at Texas Tech, Lubbock, Texas. Taken in front of the Great Seal of the University. He graduated on May 19, 2012 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a Minor in Math. Now he just needs to find a job.
So the last few weeks have been super crazy around here preparing for my graduation.
This is the final product, after 3 years of hard work. I had my illustrations hanging up on the wall (31 of them!) as well as my painted skateboard deck, a cuckoo clock that i made and drew on, and a jackalope head that i also made and painted.
I displayed my portfolio on a stack of old suitcases, with my business cards held in a birds nest that i made all finsihed up with some bunting i also made from vintage bias binding and paper with one of my pattern designs printed on it. Three little bunnies watched over my display.
