The Tomahawk Steak: A Visual Delight
When you lay eyes on a tomahawk steak, the presentation alone is enough to captivate anyone. Its impressive size and beautiful marbling create a visual feast.
The deep red of the meat contrasts beautifully with the vibrant greens of fresh herbs, enhancing its appeal. Grill marks add to its rustic charm, showcasing that perfect sear and hinting at the flavors locked inside.
Served on a wooden cutting board, this steak not only looks appetizing but also invites diners to gather around and share in the experience.
This is brom Thomas Keller's Bouchon cook book. They were really fun to make but I do think we tried to cook too many in the pan therefore not quite achieving the right browning effect.
