My original worries (see the previous image) were unjust to this clever bird. It's beyond my comprehension how he knew that among the dense crown of the acacia tree one of its branches concealed a tasty grub, which he extracted and then enjoyed on a nearby eucalypt.

Exploring more light table subjects. I'll work this out of my system soon but wish I had a bit more artistic flair in the arrangements. I sort of just plopped things down. With the operation of the Rocky Mountaineer train between Denver and Moab, Utah, the throb of GP40s once again reverberate off the walls of Byers Canyon west of Hot Sulphur Springs, Colo.

Named "Rockies to the Red Rocks", the Denver–Glenwood Springs, Colo.–Moab operation is the newest route in Rocky Mountaineer Tours' portfolio, and treats passengers to a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience, replete with locally inspired gourmet cuisine, top-shelf beers, wines, and cocktails delivered to their plush seats, and of course, terrific views of extraordinary scenery framed in the oversized windows of the coaches.
