The sun is sitting exactly at the point in the sky where I need to put shades on. Cool air brushes against my face. I hear the whirls of lone cars passing me by. A blue blanket hangs above me, its surface filled with intricate white crinkles. I reach into the deep pocket of my peacoat and pull out my cellphone. I take a picture so I can hold on to this moment of serenity. Life is beautiful.

You can almost feel the warm Jamaican sand under your feet as you follow the reggae music and smell of jerk chicken to an inviting looking beach shack. Just as you arrive you see the 'Good vibes only' text on the rasta coloured background and think you must be in heaven. Then you notice the star and the exclusion written underneath. And you just know it means you. The alarm goes off right next to your head and you come to the stunning realisation that it's 7am on another grey winter morning in the UK...
So there you go. Sunshine vibes with a twist. She's been lovingly hand sprayed on a 40x50cm canvas and already has a home to go to. Some canvases are just lucky that way...
