If you've ever watched any of the Lord of the Rings movies, you can't help but to feel like you're a part of it while trekking through this amazing country.
Let me introduce to you our party of 4. On the left we have our courageous Nepali guide Dhana. We rely on him to keep us safe, we look to him when things turn bad and we feed of his strength, positivity and happiness to carry through the journey.
On the right we have Wongzy. My mate, brother from another mother, BFF and life companion and every other equivalent alias. He's our videographer for this trek.
We the hopeful landscape photographer who's taken this shot, me.
Last but not least, carrying a houseful of electronic equipment 5 paces behind me we have our porter Ramesh, the happy go lucky workhorse.
All 4 of us have 1 thing in common, we all leave our partners behind. For Wonzy and I our mission is to complete a life long dream. for Dhana and Ramesh, their mission is to to support their families but putting food on the table.
At this point we've all just met each other and are fairly fresh. We all play nice with each other at this point, but will it last? Our spirits are still as high as eagles soaring through the clouds and we're sitting on a 9 out of 10 in morale. Soldier on.
