I get the idea: wash your hand with the clean water that is refilling the toilet bowl. But still, this does not feel cleansing for me.

This is not a good picture, but this was a REALLY good and safe hotel, for being pretty inexpensive. Its location is pretty good, a few blocks from the beach, on Peru Ave. It has a good breakfast, nice rooms, a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and relatively cheap internet. Plus the service was good, and one of the guys at the registration spoke Hebrew
