Confronting theme! Being a nurse and a mom, i value my health highly, ... but yet i have to admit i don't drink enough water, i hardly eat vegetables and fruit, i hate sports, stay up too late, go in the sun without protection ...
Monday is a good day to make a change and start eating more fruit ... cause i do cherish my health!
trying to get a good shot of Lincoln Center the other night, I was side-tracked by the unlikely sight of four nuns gliding through the mean streets of Manhattan....
those of you who have known me for some time, know that I have unofficially started a collection of nun shots....
caught and confronted by one of the sisters, I tried to explain that I was compiling an artistic series of nun shots.......they were not impressed.......
however, as I talked to them, and told them my history with photography, and my goals and style, they warmed up to me.......and one of them gave me a St. Anthony medallion, and said it would help me to take better photos!
one question, will it still work if I'm not Catholic?
by the way, below is my collection to date.....a word of warning.....if you don't like nuns, you better just click to your next contact!
for a Back Lit sign above this vintage clothing shop. The simple design of these late 60's Pop Art flowers works very well.

I swore I got one before he was shoving his cup and tooth brush at me saying all done, but it has disappeared into the digital world.
Sleep well friends.
