Warm-Ups during the Mona Shores/ Grandville Varsity Hockey game 2011. View game highlights at www.t1gtv.com.

Tough Guy Nettle Warrior is the Summer version of Winter Tough Guy and is run at the end of July, less of the cold, more of the pain! The course is essentially the same as Winter Tough Guy but with a number of evil twists.

if you’re going to try, go all the

way.

otherwise, don’t even start.

if you’re going to try, go all the

way.

this could mean losing girlfriends,

wives, relatives, jobs and

maybe your mind.

go all the way.

it could mean not eating for 3 or 4 days.

it could mean freezing on a

park bench.

it could mean jail,

it could mean derision,

mockery,

isolation.

isolation is the gift,

all the others are a test of your

endurance, of

how much you really want to

do it.

and you’ll do it

despite rejection and the worst odds

and it will be better than

anything else

you can imagine.

if you’re going to try,

go all the way.

there is no other feeling like

that.

you will be alone with the gods

and the nights will flame with

fire.

do it, do it, do it.

do it.

all the way

all the way.

you will ride life straight to

perfect laughter, its

the only good fight

there is.

A cherished educational assistant left our school this year for a new job in the board. She is missed by staff on a professional level, and also by many staff and students on a personal level. These students just found out today that she is gone.

On answering their question about where she went, they said that she would be "Perfect for that job," of assisting drop-outs return to school. They posed for this picture to give her their best, asking me to send it to her. Here it is...for you, Ms. D.

Whatever your dreams are you should always...

So travelling from Siem Reap (home to the famous Angkor Wat temples) down to Phnom Penh is supposed to take 6 hours. On noticing a rattling from the front axel our driver pulled in at a roadside garage where they proceeded to jack up the bus, with everyone still on it and the engine still running to keep the aircon going..The mechanics took each wheel off in rotation and swapped the tyres.
