One definition defines this as "sadness resulting from the awareness of being alone." It's not so much physically being isolated that makes a person feel lonely, as much as the feeling of not being connected to anyone. We can blame it on social media, but bottomline, loneliness is a weed that has been spreading in this generation. It has subtly been turning our attention on the people who are not in our life and blinding us from seeing the One who is always in our life. - 💡 God. Our Father, Papa, Daddy, who has us wrapped in his arms and nestled close to his heart. There is no loneliness in His embrace. There is only love, joy, laughter, freedom and a feeling of belonging.
