Любой житель города и каждый, знакомый с историей Великой Отечественной войны, безошибочно догадается, что храм расположен на Мамаевом кургане, в той самой легендарной точке, за которую 120 дней с сентября 1942 по январь 1943 гг. сражались советские и нацистские войска. Несмотря на то, что храм Всех Святых появился здесь лишь к 60-й годовщине Победы, в 2005 г., он уже успел стать неотъемлемой частью монумента и одной из «визитных» достопримечательностей Волгограда. Узкое и высокое здание храма словно стремится оторваться от измученной земли и вознестись в головокружительно голубые высоты волжских небес, а его золотые маковки, похожие на шлемы былинных витязей, торжествуют вечную славу павшим героям.. 102nd height — this is the exact address of the Church of All Saints in Volgograd. Any resident of the city and everyone familiar with the history of the Great Patriotic War will infallibly guess that the temple is located on Mamayev Kurgan, at the very legendary point for which the Soviets fought for 120 days from September 1942 to January 1943. Meet ULANI UNATHI ... Meaning: "Cheerful" and "God is With Us" ...

Little ULANI is holding the moo card she arrived with.

That is HER in the photo. She is a custom by Annie, of ParisZhenPink ... adopted from BK ...

She was purchased for her SCALP ... which I wanted for my Vainilladolly, Ophelia O'Hara ...

I was not expecting her to be so beautiful when she arrived ...

so after a little rooting around in my supply drawers, I found this TEAL factory scalp ... and with her "warm-peachy-tone" coloring, I think now she just "POPS" :)

She also came without any lashes, so I added those, and some defined nostrils, and a special braid to hide the typical Blythe scalp seam ...

I call her my "bonus surprise girl" ... :)

My Larry came through his BKA surgery good and now prayers for continued blood flow sufficient to promote the healing needed to recovery and begin life with a prosthesis... his goal is to be at our grandblessing Tyler's wedding the middle of May... they are very close and he is determined to be there to see the first of our grandblessings to get married. The surgeon was very encouraging but acknowledging his being a diabetic with a transplanted kidney and heart issues... prayer is also needed!!! My Larry is a fighter and is in good spirits and both of us are so thankful for those of you standing in the gap for us as we make this difficult but not impossible journey cause with God all things are possible and we place our faith totally in Him and His love and mercy and guidance through this time of recovery and change in our lives!!!!

After she completed her SCALP DONATOR duties ... we just HAD to do something ... we could not let this beauty go to waste ...

So the following was done:

~ Special "trademark" braid in same ... to hide the typical "Blythe" scalp seam ...

~ We added some defined nostrils ...

~ We added our "trademark" row(s) of black lashes (she came to us without any lashes at all)

~ She was already on a Licca body, which we like :)

~ She is wearing her new jacket by "dollykiss" on etsy; and her tulle skirt by Blythe Fifth Avenue.

This morning I was blessed with understanding from the Lord. He gave me 4 words last night that are so strong in my heart today. GOD IS WITH US.

His presence is never ending. This is why we focus on the word of the Lord daily, and choose to live by it. God's love changes EVERYTHING. Just BELIEVE in Him and talk to Him and you will be blessed with His beautiful understanding through all things. There are times in our lives that difficulties pile up on each other and we are totally out of control of the situations in our life. This is the best thing that could happen.

How is that possible?

Remember to turn everything over to the Lord.

EVERYTHING.

There's nothing He can't handle.

He's not surprised at what you're going through.

He's not surprised that you aren't perfect.

He's always there.

He always forgives.

Always loves.

He's always FOR YOU.
