In God, we find absolute prime reality, the unchanging and eternal Rock of Ages, and in knowing God we have a sense of true security.

In God, we find that ultimate prime goodness exists in His very nature, the beauty of virtue, the basis of true ethics.
In God, we find deep and lasting joy. This is not the main goal of living in a selfish sense, and there is a danger of idolizing pleasure, but it's a beautiful paradox that we find in seeking the person of God above all other things in a personal relationship.

La palabra pasión deriva del latín passio que significa "sufrir", que a su vez es de la familia ligada al verbo "padecer" y de raíz etimológica en común con "paciencia". Esa es una de las características de esta profesión, mis respetos y admiración para todos los colegas que están recargados de pasión, el producto final habla por si solo.
Yo rindo mis talentos y pasión aquel que entrego su vida por mi, modelándome el verdadero significado de esta palabra, a Ti la gloria siempre mi dulce JESÚS.
Dios me permitió ver la primera lluvia de estrellas del año 2020, visitamos con unos amigos el volcán Chicabal en el altiplano guatemalteco; el intenso frío me acompaño en cada disparo, dificulto el proceso, pero lo logré. Pronto verán más material.
Toda la gloria sea para mi Dios, nos permitió tener cielos despejados y contemplar aunque con una baja actividad la lluvia de estrellas perseidas, estoy consciente que el pico es la noche de hoy, pero todo indica que estará nublado.
Los datos técnicos de la fotografía 20seg. f2.8 iso3200 15mm. Este es el resultado de la actividad de aproximadamente 2 horas y minutos; llegamos a la locación "Aldea Los Pocitos" a las am 2.15 y terminé a las am 4 y fracción cuando tuve que cambiar la batería de mi cámara. Lamentablemente mi trípode se movió o lo moví y eso me impidió seguir con las capturas.
La planificación fue con PhotoPills y aunque no se usarlo bien, este fue el resultado, consultar a profesionales como Edgar CastroBathen y muchas horas de estudio valieron la pena, sobre todo cuando me dicen que es motivo de celebración luego de casi 17 años de no poder observarlas por temas de clima. Gracias a Dios, a los amigos y colegas que estuvimos este mágico 11 de agosto de 2018.
A ti mi Jesús toda la gloria por siempre. "Los cielos cuentan la gloria de Dios y el firmamento anuncia la obra de sus manos".

Otra aventura más con el consentido Pacaya, como siempre digo cada visita y cada foto tiene su historia, aún recuerdo todo lo que paso ese día, tuvimos el gusto de llevar a unos amigos Ticos para que tuvieran la oportunidad de ver el volcán activo. Se lograron imágenes hermosas acompañadas de esa luna que iluminaba el valle, una caída que nos dio un buen susto, un desvío en el camino, toda una historia por contar. Les comparto una panorámica que aunque técnicamente no logre unirla correctamente pero no quise dejar de compartirla con ustedes, espero la disfruten como yo.

I've wanted to do this photo for a few days now, and I finally got everything together to do it, but autofocus pooped out on me. So, this is like this, but I don't think I mind so much. It's kinda pleasant. But my body looks like a box, because that dress doesn't fit me correctly (and my other arm is there), and that weird puff thing over my butt should not be puffing up (it's tulle), and I can't decide if the power lines are workin for me or not. I really want a field.
P.S. Them colors are au naturel. No processing there, that's God's handiwork.
