Goa Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant launched the Bungy jumping or Bunjee Jumping activity and Upgraded and renovated Mayem Lake Boating side through the Department of Tourism and Goa Tourism Development Corporation in association with Jumpin Heights at Mayem on 27.8.2019.
The cost of up-gradation / Renovation of Mayem Lake is Rs 16.6 crore
Mayem lake was closed for about 5 year (Since March 2015)

Goa during the monsoon that will have you fall in love, June is an excellent time to visit Goa if you enjoy the rains. The obnoxious heat of the summer is gone, its green everywhere because of the rain, but the rain is not as severe as July as it’s the beginning of the monsoon.
