Goa Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant launched the Bungy jumping or Bunjee Jumping activity and Upgraded and renovated Mayem Lake Boating side through the Department of Tourism and Goa Tourism Development Corporation in association with Jumpin Heights at Mayem on 27.8.2019.
The cost of up-gradation / Renovation of Mayem Lake is Rs 16.6 crore
Mayem lake was closed for about 5 year (Since March 2015)

Looks like CCP opened new guest house on top (4th) floor of this unsafe building.
Hope it now gets rent legally and regularly.
3rd floor rented rooms (hotel staff, security staff etc) and tailor shops
2nd floor rooms and defunct jewellery shop
1st floor Prabhudev Hotel/Restaurant, dairy milk & products and a superstore
Ground floor beef/mutton/poultry meat stalls, fish market
Almost entire building was sealed by CCP on 7.4.2015 for illegal occupancy and not paying rent for years.
Now, activities back to normal. Top floor newly painted with new electrical wiring etc.
