The Awards comprises of a cash purse of Rs.1,00,000/- each, a certificate, shrifal, Nataraj Replica and a shaw

The Best Cultural Institution award for the year 2017-18 conferred on Dayanand Kala Kendra, Curchorem and Group Alegria Social & Cultural Association. The award consists of a Memento and Cash purse of Rs.3.00 Lakh each

Shri Sandesh B Dessai received Best Librarian Award.

Best Library award goes to Govt College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Sanquelim Goa
