Day 55, Yorkey’s Knob, Australia:
After a rough ride out to the barrier reef on a catamaran travelling at speed for half an hour, plenty of time to see breakfast for a second time. Luckily as soon as the bouncing stops I get over my motion sickness. We arrived at the pontoon and after a short time to recover we all donned wet suites and anti-sting attire, just in case of jelly fish or floating tentacles. This was also the second chance to try out my new Camera, a GoPro Hero.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

The sun is about to set over lake Verney at the top of Little San Bernard mountain pass that crosses Italy to France or viceversa. #FabulousOutdoors www.fabulousport.co.uk
Around 1440, in the reign of King James II, William Crichton, the Lord Chancellor of Scotland, began this building, which may have been the site of an even older Christian shrine, and by 1449 his Collegiate Church was complete.
Like most (if not all) powerful men (and church builders) William Crichton was a evil, murdering, basty nastard. In 1440, Crichton and Sir Alexander Livingston invited the 16-year-old William Douglas, 6th Earl of Douglas and his brother to dinner in Edinburgh Castle, and murdered them. This brutal incident of murder and betrayal of hospitality has become known as the ‘Black Dinner’ and was an inspiration for the famous "Red Wedding" massacre in the Game of Thrones series
The church is a short walk from Crichton Castle, a ruin which was once the home of one of Scotlands most powerful families.
The Church is open to visitors on Sunday afternoons between 2 and 5pm, May to September.
We were hoping to capture a nice winter sunset but the 'Beast from the East' stole the scene. Movie shot on Calton Hill, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Day 55, Yorkey’s Knob, Australia:
After donning my equipment, it was into the water. Now usually this is a simple job. Today the swell was so strong that sitting on the seating half submerged at the edge of the pontoon to put on flippers was no easy task. As the swell rolled in I rolled off with flippers still in hand. I had a choice. Hold on to the hand rails on the seating or put my flippers on. After ten minutes I managed to hold my breath to get the flippers on. I was ready for the water.
As usual when making a timelapse someone deliberately walked right in front of the camera.
As far as I am concerned that's the same as giving me permission to splash them all over the internet.
This is my 1st image from last night, I couldn’t resist getting an aerial shot of our local Designer Outlet, i didn’t want to freak anyone out so I waited until it was empty and kept my distance! This was shot using the GoPro Hero5 fitted to the GoPro Karma Drone and shot at just 324ft high.

Using GoPro HERO5 Black
I was so awe struck I did not double check my main camera’s. Yes I totally missed the shots. I have never done that. The only thing I have are my videos. I think I have just become a Eclipse Chaser.
