Expect really poor audio when the stock housing is used with no skeletol back door and stock microphone is in use. Very muffled and sounds like your speaking into a tin can. GoPro missed the mark on audio for the H3, other than to use an external microphone.

We had our cardio walk yesterday but not being ones to let a good snowstorm go to waste, we suited up and went for a three kilometre walk over to the store and back.
Yes, we have a 40-second Video to prove it.

This is an example of a nicely designed remote. After you pair it with your GoPro camera, it's a matter of turning on and pressing the shutter release button.
I have posted this photo merely to demonstrate a type of device that I would like to see for the Ricoh Theta 360-degree camera. Although the Theta has wifi connectivity and does work with some smartphones, even a smartphone could be clumsy to use.
The plastic clips that hold the vent cover to the chinbar aren't made to withstand the force of a GoPro + wind, but some regular duct tape kept it more or less on there the rest of the trip. I rigged a safety bungee with part of my pants' drawstring just in case it fell off in mid-ride, although IIRC I never really needed to use it.
