So far my family is loving the combination of Yuba Mundo + Burley Piccolo + Bread Basket.
Baskets have that great throw-and-go quality and my wife remarked what a difference she notices from my daughter's pedaling contribution. In fact, she used very little electric assist on this trip, even though carrying around the electric gear as dead weight adds about another 30 lbs of weight.
The whole thing seemed to handle well despite the overall weight and 10 foot length.
The electric assist was still welcome when overcoming inertia on hill starts, or quickly entering a traffic stream.
this is my favorite out the bunch. i like how his hands are in line with the skyscrappers. the one on the left is my favorite building downtown - the westin hotel.
The photo quality here is not not great, but it shows the detail of how our custom Burley Piccolo mount fits on our Yuba Mundo (v3) rack along with our Yepp Maxi seat (also a custom mount), and Go Getter bags
We trimmed the length of our plastic top deck to make this work, as well as the width, which provides more hooking options for the bags, which important for the compatibility between the Go Getter bags and kid seats.

I'll have a lot more to see about our new electric cargo bike, a Yuba Mundo, but here's a photo just to say "Hello".
First impression: My wife, child and I all like it a lot and is already clear that will be replacing some car trips that our other bikes were not.
It continues to be easy effort with the electric assist.
Not only have many more couches appeared in the alleys this spring, today I noticed plenty of tires that had been thrown into brush near the roadside as well. Perhaps a load a tire-hauling is in my future.

All of our family members report enjoying our bike-to-hike outing this past weekend. A bit of bike touring, a bit of hiking.
Here we are just arriving at Griffy Lake for a quick hike there.
With electric assist, bar mitts and studded snow tires, this has been my most enjoyable winter for bike commuting so far. With a recent storm providing ice, sleet and snow, I got to test the snow tires in all kinds of conditions, and they work very, very well. Combined with common sense and some caution, there's been no significant cases of lose of traction, despite my making a point finding sections of road in all states of ice, snow and slush.
Here I'm hauling a ~ 50 lb old town, a couple of printers, and my shoulder bag which contains a laptop in it.
Today it was in the upper 20s here and I rode bare-handed with the bar mitts, and that was warm enough as well as being convenient.
What carrying a passenger on a sweet Yuba Mundo looks like.
