A month ago I visited my friend Paulina in Münster. While biking through the city she said to me that she felt so at ease at the moment, and I couldn't agree more. I realised that I could be myself at all times during the weekend, which I sometimes struggle with while traveling. We talked late into the nights and spent our days outside, enjoying the lovely weather and making memories together. I felt so welcome by Paulina and her friends, and this whole visit felt so calm and easy.

I've only known this girl for a year, but she found her way into my heart on the first day we met. Our thoughts and feelings seem to be so alike, and at the same time she really inspires me to grow and do more.

She was riding her bike . I wanted to capture her on the bike as she was very elegant. She approached me and only this time I managed to take this shot . This photo has failed in many ways but hey ! doesn't she look lovely !

I bought a new bike today!!!!!!!!!! And yeah, it's PINK! =)

I wanted GREEN of course but they don't have one sadly.

Funny it took me a week at least to go back and forth to the store before I can decide which to buy --- a mountain bike or one like this. But obviously, a mountain bike is a lot expensive (makes me miss my mountain bike i left back home) -- I didn't wanna settle just for something less without a SHIMANO speed gear. LOL. So to suffice, this pinky one actually is a great deal for me coz surprisingly, they got those shimano gear that i wanted at a feasible price.

Oh well, I'm not planning to speed off anyway in the streets of Singapore --- it's more of a practical use in going down to the groceries or who knows, I might decide to ride this on way to work. Hmmm. And more importantly, I can go round and round the park and around elsewhere which also takes me about 10mins to a beach front. Not exactly a nice beach but the breeze is enough to wind-blow my hair and breathe fresh air.

Getting on this bike reminds me a lot of an old fun movie back in 1995 - "Now and Then" =)

Okay --- I can really write too much as my brain dictates but this will do for now. =)

I am still bumming around and no work yet until another 2 days. Wohooo again! ;p

Yay! EXPLORED!

A bike, a girl and an incline

Girl on a bike takes in the awesome view of Westchester Lagoon in Anchorage.

You remember those tiny feet behind that bike at one of the earlier shots taken in Maastricht. Here she is :) View On Black

Imperfect panning, but isn't she lovely? (And the girl's cute too . . .)

Unknown girl posed for few pictures. This is one of them.

It's colder in Anchorage and that means mitts, boots (even rain boots will do), and a down jacket. But dresses are still optional!

Boulder, Colorado. A woman riding toward Boulder from Lyons on Highway 36.

This cyclist was a girl on a mission, coming off the Hawthorne Bridge and waiting and ready to cross Naito Parkway, Portland.

First time in Palma in a while. I wanted to find some scenes to photograph and wasn't very inspired on this occasion. I did capture this photo of a girl on her bicycle, though.

I was in the process of deleting a few blurred and poorly taken digital photos, when I noticed this pretty young lady cycling along in the background of one of those failed images. The picture of her casually riding her bicycle along the cycleway, with her long hair flowing in the summer sunshine gives a wonderful feeling of freedom and movement, accentuated by the slight blurring.

After cropping the image and adjusting the contrast, I decided to save it and share it with you. :-)

Stood there chilling which my camera and suddenly this girl bursts through with a squeal as she cycled in the middle of a load of giant bubbles. No time to frame up or set focus, I just tilted the camera vaguely up and pushed the button at stomach level. Better than would normally be expected, but half a second later would've been a little more desirable - close but no cigar, heheh.
