A gift made for me by my sister and brought with her from the U K ❤️. On the outside table ready to hang up.
This was a gift to me from my father when I was five. The day he gave it to me, he had just returned from a year-long TDY in South East Asia. (He was a USAF Pilot.) I had lost it and forgotten about it after all the moves I've had over the years. I was elated when I coincidentally found it on his birthday a few years after he had passed way.

My Mom's neighbour dropped off this pretty gift that she insisted we open immediately, so we did! It was flled with a delicious assortment of home baked Italian Christmas cookies & chocolates! A great, delicious surprise... treadmill here we come, lol!
An evening in Vancouver and my girl gives me this present. We were travelling about with purpose when my wife said we will plan to be by the ocean for the sunset. To a photographer yes, this was a gift. The result was not too bad either.

Parting gift to my dear quokka friend. They cannot reach eucalyptus leaves as the lower branches of tree are above their heads, so I picked a leaf and offered it to this grateful little quokka. How gentle are they? Well the first panel had the quokka grab the leaf in the middle, he sensed his teeth were too close to my fingers, so he opened his mouth again (panel 2) to show his teeth position and moved his head back until he felt the end of the leaf . He closed his mouth (panel 3) once he felt he was far enough away then in 4th panel indicated he was ready for me to let go of the leaf.. Last panel a very contented quokka with the famous quokka smile.
