sure. i could've easily bought a silly little acetate box to package up my greeting cards. but... they deserve a little more love than that. i decided to sew gift bags... and no. i have no previous sewing experience.

Stamped S5050 with Versamark, heat emboss with white glitter embossing powder. Ink over with Pearlescent inks. Card has 2 semi-circle slots which locks the card. Insert a gift card in the pocket as shown. Ink heart-shaped chipboard with pink ink - spread glossy accents over it. when dry stamp LL221 with Stazon ink over it. Stamp flower with LL221 flourish stamp. Attach onto card. Stamp "A gift for you" from CL248.

Miniquilt made as swap-gift for Kirsty using quilt fabrics and printable fabric. I made some blocks with different letterfonts, -sizes and line spacing. The quilt is handquilted with lime-coloured thread.
There will be a gift bag in each hotel room. These are the tags that I'm attaching to the handles of the bags. The leaf goes along with our autum theme. The bags, not shown, are a deep red. The reverse side of the tag, also not shown, has "Thank You" stamped on it in a decorative calligraphy.
Kristy gave me the 1994 while I was in SF a few weeks back. She sent me the 1996 right before Christmas. I really just took this for her so that we could compare what I now had.

A new temple was being inaugurated over the last couple of days a few minutes from my house, so we dropped by in the morning to see what was going on. Temple delegations from all over the city were visiting with their gods, bringing and receiving gifts, blaring music, setting off firecrackers, and showing due reverence.

...from Mark and me last Christmas. Her treatment room has several angels and Angela has turned me onto Doreen Virtue's books and cds about angels and their role in healing, so we thought a garden angel would be a great gift. She loved it...and I love the way the copper is aging gracefully!
