Pics of the Cedars Cancer Institute Dragon Boat Race 2011 that was held on Saturday Sept. 24th at Promenade Père-Marquette in Lachine. It was overcast but the rain stayed away, and all had a good time.

I didn't go to the airshow. But I live near enough to MCAS Miramar to have been one of the turnaround points. I was sitting on the front stoop for this one. I was a tad too slow with the 400 to get all five in the shot, but they're lining back up into the wedge formation.
The weather, btw, was lousy. This is the only shot I've got that doesn't look like it was taken in B&W (sigh). Still, it was something to go grocery shopping, only to see a stealth bomber overhead. Always a fun weekend when the Blue Angels are in town.
