Going through that chewing phase. I repaired his bed, which is still holding him for now! The original bed lasted about a week before he chewed it to shreds! Lucky he is cute and lovable!
My handsome old man
Just wanted to share this photo of Otto I took last month. It's really hard watching these guys get old and slow down. Good thing for photos, right? We can capture all the moments of their lives to remember them.
Remembering Mili today.
Three years ago at 12, our White German Shepherd passed away in our arms.
Fom a 9 week puppy, she gave unconditional love every day of her little life.
Really sadly missed, by her sister Cali and us 💔💔💔🐾
We had another beautiful sunshiny day yesterday. It was 20F in the morning but warmed up to 40 later in the day.
Otto was sitting and just soaking in the sun on his face while I was photographing birds and I had to take his photo.
Je vous présente Isiah, mon berger allemand qui me suit lors de tous mes déplacements, pro, vacances, c'est mon assistante pour veiller sur mon matériel photo ;-)
This is Win, a great dog ninety-nine percent of the time. Today she wasn't behaving on our hike, and she kept disappearing into the brush and wouldn't come when called. Eventually she came back, with something in her mouth. I'm not entirely sure what it had been but I'm guessing it was the fur of whatever the coyotes had for dinner last night. I get it Coyotes need to eat, but she doesn't need their leftovers - she gets lots of good quality food in her bowl... Tomorrow she'll be on a lead - that won't be fun for either of us.
