he walked like he had done it a thousand times. not fast, not slow. not late, not early. just moving forward through the corridor of polished silence. the airport in málaga didn’t ask questions. it offered direction. and sometimes, that was enough.
beneath the cathedral-like ribs of the ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, a small story unfolds. the mother, standing still, frames the scene with her phone. a child runs toward the father, the other already within reach. he bends down, arms opening, ready to gather them close.
it’s a moment of intimacy, framed by cold precision. the architecture is towering, mathematical, almost merciless in its symmetry. yet this fragile family moment – soft, fleeting – defies it all.
the starkness of black and white strips the image of distraction, leaving only the contrast. the human, the monumental. the personal, the grand. it’s a scene where time feels slowed, yet you know it passed in an instant.

Architecture – Modern
This is a seventh series of buildings (some as photographed), glass panels, abstract shapes formed from buildings. Most are in London, although they could be any city. I have not named any building, nor have attempted to find Architects or Designers. I have just altered things to my own taste, nothing is sacrosanct, nothing lasts for ever, new ideas quickly become old as will these images be the moment I post them. Please enjoy.
walking along the promenade of portixol, she seems lost in thought, her pace matching the rhythm of the waves. the curve of the path mirrors the endless expanse of the sea, drawing you into the simplicity of the moment. the darkened sky lends a quiet weight to the scene, as if time itself has paused to listen. it’s the kind of silence that speaks, where the sea and the road become one, and her solitary figure is both fleeting and eternal.
