This magnificent structure sits in (above?) the Plaza Mayor in Sevilla, Espana. It's a truly impressive construction and, amazingly, it sits comfortably alongside the older buildings which surround it. For me, it represents the huge pride and which 'Sevillanos' have for their city and great confidence in their future.

Here's an example of why I don't post black and white photos. This one is ideal for the noir mood and gritty or dream-like abstraction of B&W. But would it really be better without that little flash of red?
