NOSTALGIA DEI VECCHI TEMPI
Con la pandemia un effetto chiaro ed incontestabile è che, almeno da parte mia, si è cessato di viaggiare come una volta. Ora si è molto più prudenti e prima di fare le valige si valutano maggiormente i pro ed i contro.
Uno dei viaggi che ricordo con più piacere è stato quello in Liguria con altri amici flickeriani dove ho visitato Genova, Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita e Nervi.

NOSTALGIA OF OLD TIMES
With the pandemic, a clear and indisputable effect is that, at least on my part, we have ceased to travel as in the past. Now we are much more cautious and before packing our bags we evaluate the pros and cons more.
One of the trips I remember with the most pleasure was the one in Liguria with other Flickerian friends where I visited Genoa, Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita and Nervi.

Los banqueros de Génova (donde nació el término "banca") compraron un gran terreno donde construir sus palacios, la hoy llamada Vía Garibaldi. A más ostentoso el palacio, más prestigio para su dueño y por tanto más y mejores potenciales clientes.
Además, estos banqueros ofrecían estancias permanentes a la Aristocracia, hecho conocido como "los rulos". Los rulos eran las listas de aristócratas y banqueros que se cruzaban para el emparejamiento, por supuesto, por riguroso orden de poderío.
