You can see in the center the flywheel on the left, the rotor in the center, and the stator to the right. The stator can be moved to the left to be better aligned with the rotor for maximum power. I can't figure out the linkages by which the water coming in both sides in the front causes the rotor and flywheel to spin.
Generator frame I built up for a guy who was 4x4'ing his motorhome just a little too much, and knocked the original generator frame off. I built the new one out of 3" x 3/8 square tube, with 2 3/8"x6" custom bent skids on the bottom so he wouldn't catch all this on anything. Ran into him at the post office the other day, he said it's workin' good so far! May 2011
The insulated generator compartment is standard on the iCon Series....the competition only offers it as an option. inTech provides greater overall value everywhere you look.
Two steam generators sit parked at the old Little Britain Elementary School on route 272 in Pennsylvania on Tuesday evening as the curious stood in awe while others took pictures.
The move will continue tomorrow morning between 8-9 am traveling at about 2 miles an hour for its next stop in Wakefield, Pennsylvania.
