A generative birthday card for my son. Same system as the earlier generative "illuminations" but with angles constrained to an isometric grid, and colours linked simply to angles. The seven is Helvetica bold (a nice seven).

Generative painting based on a photograph -- completely automated using software I wrote. See set description for more info. This software is still in progress and I welcome any feedback that might help me improve it. :)

The source image is the same one used as the previous painting in the set -- but I've been using the same brush for over a year (a coarse round bristle) and so decided to make some new ones. This is the first flat I've ever used with this software; the brush is asymmetrically loaded so the paint fades along one edge.

The full size painting is 2048 pixels tall and rendered in less than 3 seconds.
