We made our way to Rivendell.

Once there, we gathered one last time.

Indeed, it is through the grace of God, his blessings, and direction that we begin again.

A new start.

This is another photo from the Tallahassee area at the Tallahassee museum . The cypress trees reminded me of a cathedral or some other form of architecture. I spent a good deal of time there with my good friend and created new memories for a new start.

I spotted a large group of goldfinches in a tree, and went around for a better angle, when I find this pine siskin gathering nesting materials nearby. Made a better subject!

That morning I gathered dew drops and sunshine…and the scent of newly cut grass.

Together with fallen leaves and a loutishly torn leaf…seeds and fallen blossoms of a crazy erguvan (judas tree).

The morning will come in a few hours… with what, I wonder.

There is a place in Southwest Florida where the seabirds gather each winter. The results a sight to behold.

Tiny lanterns at the tops of Erica tetralix in the rock garden at Smith.

A gannet tirelessly brining home nest materials on the face of the mighty Bempton Cliffs.

Sandhill cranes (Antigone canadensis, previously Grus canadensis, Gruidae) gather on a farm field on the edge of the Uihlein Waterfowl Production Area.

About 100 cranes were gathered here (maybe 50 in the image).

One of my favourite spots to shoot a sunset, not only did I get a nice sky but also some mist in the Adur valley and a bench to sit and watch the scene unfold if you wanted to.Two images manually bended together one for the foreground and one for the sky.
