This '65 Chevy C10 truck from Gas Monkey Garage was supposed to be a secret, until being featured in an upcoming episode of Fast N' Loud. But when it showed up as the official pace truck of the 2014 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (Official Site), word got out fast. This fuel injected 572ci monster features RideTech coilovers, Wilwood Disc Brakes, and center locking Forgeline ZX3P wheels finished with Satin Black centers and Super Wet Red outers. The crew at Gas Monkey Garage used Forgeline's Flush-Loc centerlock conversion kit and center locking ZX3P wheels finished with Satin Black centers, Super Wet Red outers, and exposed hardware. We visited the Gas Monkey Garage while in Fort Worth. It is the subject of a reality show. Fast N' Loud is a reality styled Discovery Channel TV show featuring Richard Rawlings and his crew from the Dallas, Texas-based Gas Monkey Garage as they search for tired and run-down cars, and restore them for profit. Fast N' Loud is unique in the reality genre, since the episodes sometimes incorporate a skit into the theme of the episode. The show has run for 15 seasons.

The hype which the debut version of the Hot Wheels 1968 Chevrolet Corvette Gas Monkey garnered had largely disappeared by the time this new for 2018 recolour appeared recently. License fees need to be justified and so a non authentic colour scheme has come along making this model look like your average HW classic Corvette. Bought recently from ASDA. Mint and boxed.

I wonder where the crew from Gas Monkey Garage is headed, and while that RV is about to get their luxury camp on, a Z28 Camaro is out for a leisurely drive.
Meanwhile, a Mustang is on it's way to meet up with some friends for an afternoon of horseback riding, and lunch is running a little late for that idle tractor.
