Statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Cathedral Yard, Manchester, by Ram V Sutar. It marked the 150th anniversary of Gandhi's birth in 1869 and was installed outside the city's cathedral. Gandhi had visited Manchester on his way to see mill workers in Lancashire in 1931.

I have always been very fascinated by human gesture and I like the unposed spontaneous moments better than the posed ones so this inbetween moment is actually more special to me in many ways.
Madam Gandhi is a very talented musician but is also an activist against negative gender constructs, against gun violence, and pro feminist and LGBTQ. Her work is very crucial at this time especially.

I met this guy at a bus stop on Tottenham Court Road. Apparently he used to be an actor and starred in suchs films as Gandhi and "Out Of Africa". He was a legend.
150th Anniversary of Gandhi Jayanti celebrated at Gandhi Bhawan Bengaluru and the chief Guest at the function was Karnataka Chief Minister, Sri H D Kumaraswamy.
