My wife has held three glyphs a full turn with no casualties. I can't say the same for myself, but congratulate her wholeheartedly. (Notice her minion in the center of the map hiding from my archer behind a tree like a wussy.) This map is definitely getting a rematch.
Now, let me preface this by saying that I don't actually believe that the outcome of tonight's football game will have any bearing on the election tomorrow.
But here's a little NFL stat for you. Historically, when the Redskins have a game at home before a big election and they win, the incumbent party wins the election. If they lose, the opposite party wins the election.
So LET'S GO STEELERS!!
(I find it fascinating that the NFL has stats for any imaginable situation.)

A solitary jogger lopes around the football field at Melrose High. A grey November sky looms above the field and the blocking sled in the foreground. The Thanksgiving Day game is always the last game of the year (unless the team gets into the state championship rounds), and for seniors the last game of their high school careers. Sounds awfully final. But then the next November it all happens again. And then again, and again, and again . . .
