Testing out my 'new', 50 year old, Super-Takumar 28mm f3.5 lens on my Fujifilm camera. Drizzly early morning Rotterdam city center.
This is the Lijnbaan which is Rotterdam city centre's main shopping area. It used to be upmarket with fancy department stores and unique luxury stores but it is nothing special today. They have plans to revitalize the area. G-Star is an Amsterdam jeans brand. youtu.be/1dbBumi1yTg
It is fun shooting with this lens. This one is shot at f8, do you see the little sunstars in the Christmas lights? :) With the Fujifilm you can divide the EVF: a 2x zoomed part (to check focus) and a smaller 1:1 picture-in-picture to check composition. Sharpness and contrast are fine. These were pretty high in ISO and it was a bit cold so there is maybe some micro-shakeyness. In good light it can probably do better.
The lens is fun! I will try to hunt down a Super-Takumar 50mm 1.4 or 55mm 1.8.
Found this shot of a girl next to a Mannequin, who wouldn't lile to have a GStar Raw friend.
Notice the Ghost arm on left side, on purpose for artsy effect :-)

Combino 2087 in black and white with some yellow promoting the fashion of G-STAR RAW on line 9. This tram is on its way from Diemen to Centraal Station. Spring 2016.
Combino 2087 was delivered to the GVB on 07/07/2003 and first on the streets in passenger service on 15/08/2003 on line 14.

Combino 2087 in dark greenish color for the brand G-Star Raw on service on line 14 at terminus Flevopark. In full sunlight. Too bad the catenary pole is a bit in the way for the photo but the entire side of the vehicle is visible here.

Since a long time my first "selfie" that I upload here on this platform. But this is a very special one for me, because the location is not often available. It was shot in the final descent to Melbourne in an Airbus A380. The first I traveled with the A380. This plane is so big...! Just amazing.

After my visit to the Freemasons Hall and Hatton Garden, I met up with Michiel at Victoria & Albert Museum. Michiel knows the area of South Kensington much better than I do, so he led the way!
