A sunny spring afternoon at home in Mount Dandenong presented the perfect opportunity to spread a blanket out on the lawn, grab my camera and a 70-200 mm lens and fire off some candid shots of our German Shorthair Pointers Reinhardt and Zelda at play. These are the results.
For those interested, the scarring on Zelda's nose is caused by Canine Lupus, which also affects her claws and tail, but otherwise doesn't seem to faze her at all.

I decided I would try and capture some light trails.
Shooting light trails is a great way to experiment with slower shutter speeds to capture fast subjects. Photographing cars moving along a road at dusk is a great starting point, allowing the headlights and tail-lights to blur into long streaks.
