There was a lot of design activity other than the Swiss direction in post-war US and pictorial modernism developed into a new direction. This is a Milton Glaser poster designed before 1970.
Heinrich Klotz, founding director who developed HfG. I do not have information on who designed this poster.

From a series of covers for a medical publication for the Boehringer pharmaceutical company. The designer was Erwin Poell (German?) who used charts and graphs in full color, creating an elegant visual design. 1967, an early example of New Graphic Design.

A graphic is an image or visual representation of an object.
It is truly amazing, anywhere in the world, that if you visit a working harbour, and... you like that kind of 'clutter', what you will all find.
This was a very graphic something I discovered in Cornwall, it was love at first sight, le coup de foudre as the French say so beautifully.
A bit of rust, some drops of soldering, these two are joined for eternity.

The minifigure pieces were painted with Testors paint, hopefully that detracts from the poorly done face which I hope to find time to correct.
