Whipped up a new rocket after the new GOTG V2 trailer. I've easily watched the trailer 40 times. It's my most hyped movie of 2017 besides Spider-Man and Star Wars

Ive had this done for a while but forgot to show it. That shirt was such a pain in the ass to make but it was all worth it.

So yeah, I made these figures after the teaser came out because of how hyped I am for the movie. The Star Lord helmet is heavily repainted, along with the guns, and I modeled the Walkman and the head for Baby Groot. I have sculpted jets on the side of Star Lord's legs, I'm just too lazy to edit in a picture of them. My next figure will either be Hamilton or Logan. Maybe Reverse Flash.

Hey guys! At the current moment I'm making GotG customs and the first one I made is Gamora, daughter of the Mad Titan, Thanos. I painted the hair I used for Elektra and made her a coat-jacket. Batman-

The base was a generic N52 Batman. The legs were originally from Ronan (gotg). The torso, arms, and legs were all painted with extra details and some additional gray. The head is from my Firestorm figure back from my flash series (Full circle!). The cowl has an etape chinstrap.

Bruce-

Don’t know where or what I did to the face cause I did it a month ago. His torso is from a Lone Ranger set with a newly painted undershirt. Pretty basic, but I’m really happy with it.

Been working on a lot of these BossVerse Batfigs over the weekend. Today I’ve got Batgirl and Barbara.

Batgirl:

Torso and legs are from GotG Nebula, with a bunch of black detailing. Cape is custom. The head is from Chima, with some yellow tape for the eyes. Her cowl is from her first fig.

I like it.

Babs: Painted flesh onto a torso and added the head. Hair is a WW one.

Pretty simple figs, but I really like em!

Next up is probably a couple villains, because I made 3-4 of them.

I know some people wanted to see this so I thought I'd put it together haha. "The New Yondu", kinda.

If you think about it Kraglin probably thought he was Yondu's boy more than Quill did, but oh well just a thought.

A random GotG Vol. 1 fig coming tomorrow and a Revenge of the Sith figure coming after that so stay tuned. Also this was done in like 5 min so don't judge too much :)

The latest B737-800 freighter conversion to join the Amazon Prime Air fleet arrived in Shannon yesterday from East Midlands registered 2-GOTG and will be operated by ASL Airlines Ireland as EI-AZF. Did a test flight en-route with a go-around on its first approach.

Hello Marvel, it's been a while.

So this started out as part of a random figbarf of random sci-fi-ish figs (the results of which I'll post later) and eventually molded into some GoTG-looking characters, based more on their comics appearances from across the years.

Drax: CMF Frankenstein's monster head, Reversed Thor torso, superman legs.

Gamorra: CMF Lady Liberty head, Green Arrow hood, Nexo nights torso/legs.

Star Lord: the only fig amongst these that I actually really like. LoTR Helmet, Nexk Knights head, Lone Ranger torso(?), Chima hips, CMF Arctic explorer legs.

Yondu: Man his comics look is damn silly. CMF Punk Rocker mohawk, Duros head, Chima armor/hips, Iron Man torso.

Adam Warlock. I don't know much about this character, other than this is a crap fig of him. The torso is Hyperion's reversed.

Didn't end up trying to make Groot or Rocket cause I just have nothing that would do them justice.

Baby Groot from the newest GotG2 teaser trailer.

Groot was one of my favourite parts from the first movie so I definetly wanted to make one now.

The Base was a Lego Microfigure. The Arms were Lego Lever pieces which I glued on and scupted over with Greenstuff so it looks more accurate.

His Head and every detail on the Body were sculpted out of Greenstuff. I then shade and layer painted everything.

Stay tuned for even more GotG figs Im planning on making the whole squad.

I have part of a plan

So here it is, my Star Lord V1! V1 since I plan on making a V2, his outfit for that being the trench coat one with a trench coat(Of course), sculpted hair, custom helmet, a Sony Walkman, and headphones.

This version for Star Lord includes a jacket, a removable backpack, his element gun, and last of all, the orb. He'll be upgraded with the Robot DJ's hair piece with all the right paint applications once I get the Robot DJ from DC Brick.

I felt Star Lord should have his own pic since he is the leader and since the rest of the Guardians are "Knowhere" near done.

From L to R:

Deadshot: Really like this combo. Tried a lot of things, but I really wanted to Keep the GOTG legs. At one point I had Poe Dameron's torso under the vest, and the space police dark grey legs. Really liked that look, but I wanted to keep the dark red as well.

Green Arrow: Since I have a brown quiver, I just wanted to try and add more brown to the costume. I like it.

Batman: Just testing the legs.

Mr. Freeze: Self explanatory.

I was struggling to get some inspiration on what to photograph today.

Then there it was, sat right in front of me on my desk.

Baby Groot, this took a bit of time to set up and to get a shot that I fairly happy with.

I found a Guardians of the Galaxy II background, opened that on the laptop, I had to darken the room, placed Baby Groot onto a sheet of A3 Acrylic in front of the laptop, attached the camera onto my tripod with a remote release, also used a LED light with an orange filter to some warmth to Groot.

Gotg vol.2

James Gunn took to his Twitter today to release the first teaser poster today! I really like this, I like that the tag line is now "Obviously" instead of "You're Welcome." It also has some sort of rap album feel to it, which is funny. Whenever a teaser poster is released, a teaser trailer is not far by, so stay tuned!!

Hey guys! So I decided to remake my Star Lord and Gamora from GotG Vol.2 and they turned out really nice in my opinion. I put a lot of effort into both of these figures so I’d like you to let me know what do you think. :)

East Midlands 13/03/2023 EGNX/EMA

Hey guys! So, I ordered a Nebula head off Bricklink 2 months ago and I already had her torso. I just dry-brushed it to make it darker. I used E-tape for the gauntlets/arm things and I tried to make her look like in the GotG Vol.2 Concept art, like a battle damaged suit and I think it turned out nice. I'm thinking about making a Version 2, you know, with her ravager/ final suit. Should I? What do you guys think? Do you like it?

P.S: I know the face is inaccurate but MAYBE I'll paint it to make it accurate. It's just that I don't want to ruin it because it just came in so...
