I'm off to Europe in 2 days so this is my last day posting. I will try to post a little in October but I won't be back in action till November
A lone fisherman is heading for his favorite fishing spot on this chilly morning.
The tamarack/larches were turning to autumn gold nicely, reflected in Montana's Salmon Lake.

Does this look more purple-ish or more blue-ish?
On my pc it looks purple but on my phone, blue, dark royal blue. Odd.

We leave on Saturday for nearly six weeks of birding in Australia. Starting in Alice Springs, then north to Darwin and Cairns, along the east coast, and finally Tasmania.
I'll check in with Flickr occasionally, but I'm not expecting a lot of free time on this tour.
