پایگاه خبری دیلی صباح در 26 فوریه گزارش داد که ارائه دهنده خدمات مخابراتی ترکسل مستقر در استانبول، یک سرویس مبتنی بر بلاک چین را برای مدیریت ID معرفی کرده است.
