1. Jag tycker bildens vinkel och komposition är hyfsat abstrakta. Bilden är tagen nerifrån upp, vilket ger den lite märkliga men dramatiska vinkeln. Det stora kontrasten mellan himlen som är blå/grå/vit, träden som är gröna och den nästan svarta fontänen. Gör att fontänen sticker ut, alltså hamnar i fokus. Det iaf jag läger uppskattar mkt med bilden är vattnets gnista, speciellt eftersom det kommer ovanifrån, ger det större effekt till bildens helhet. Också att bilden är tagen snett från vänster gör att fontänen hamnar i tredjedels regeln. Dess runda, kurvade former ger en mer symmetrisk bild trots den icke raka vinkeln. Men det som gör bilden allra bäst enligt mig är dess perspektiv den är tagen med.
2. Vad gäller fotografiska lagar runt bilden, som GDPR, foto lagen och kränkande fotografi. Är det svårt att diskutera runt dom när bilden inte har några personer i sig. Då GDPR, kränkande fotografi och foto lagen ofta kretsar runt människors identitet och privatägda platser etc.
