The G15 is a two-seater, rear-engined sports car designed by Ivor Walklett and built by Ginetta Cars Limited in Witham, Essex between 1968 and 1974. Ginetta produced more than 800 examples of the G15 as kit cars and completed road registered cars.

"Chassis number: SAJAC41P832A34666. Registered in February 2003 and now showing 81,342 miles on its odometer. Its MoT is valid until July 2024 and its the V5C indicates five registered keepers overall. The car is reported as running well, albeit with its ABS light on. In May 2022, the Jaguar was a Category N Insurance Loss: no structural damage and repairable, insurer decided not to repair. This includes a broken headlamp and cracked bumper, which have not been repaired as parts are difficult to source. Paperwork includes the current and previous V5C, some invoices and the book pack with owner's handbook, radio code, audio guide, wheel/tyre supplement and service book, with 12 stamps up to 78,449 miles in August 2019."
Estimate: £2000 to £2500. Sold for £1960 including premium.

Henotesia narcissus borbonica is a small butterfly (15 - 17 mm span) endemic from Reunion. Rather common, it is present from the sea shore up to an altitude of 1500 metres.

Finally I spot the newest 8-er whic is rarer than i8 in my area and IMHO looks better than a little bit too much futuristic i8. It looks gorgeous in this colour and I was shocked to see it has 15 or even 16" disc brakes

It's the first german airliner with jet engines after WWII.
The first flight was in 1971, only 19 of them (including 3 prototypes) were built. Failed because of the high price, high fuel consumption and the goverment support money were given to the new founded AIRBUS company.

VFW 614 G03 (Prototype): First flight: 10/10/1972. Taken out of service: 12/01/1977, blown up during a explosives test by the Ministry of Defense in 1981.
VFW 614 G04 (Cimber Air): First flight 28/04/1975. Taken out of service: 31/08/1979, can be seen in the Technikmuseum Speyer since the 09/12/1980.
VFW 614 G05 (Air Alsace): First flight: 17/07/1975. Taken out of service: 15/07/1980, scrapped at the 03/11/1980
VFW 614 G06 (TAT): First flight: 05.12.1975. Taken out of service: 21/02/1977, scrapped at the 26/08/1980.

VFW 614 G14 (Deutsche Luftwaffe): First flight: 16/03/1977. Taken ouf of service: 31.03.1998, sold to MUK AIR/Aeronet Denmark in 1998 - trace lost.
VFW 614 G15 (Air Alsace): First flight: 25/06/1977. Taken out of service: 29/02/1980, was used to train technicians and mechanics in Lemwerder, was taken in service again in 1994 and was used a test plane for experimental technology, was placed on the roof of the Bremen Airport in 2000.
VFW 614 G16 (Demonstrator/Air Alsace): First flight: 01.03.1978. Taken out of service: 05.12.1978, scrapped at the 19/12/1980.
VFW 614 G17 (DFVLR, today DLR): First flight: 23/03/1978, used as In-Flight Simulator. Taken out of service in 2012.
VFW 614 G18 (Deutsche Luftwaffe): First flight: 13/06/1977. Taken out of service: 30/09/1998, were sold to the West Air Sweden in 1998, can be seen in the Aeronauticum in Nordholz since 2000.
VFW 614 G19 (Deutsche Luftwaffe): First flight: 29/07/1977. Taken out of service: 30/09/1998, sold to MUK AIR/West Air Sweden in 1998, was transferred from Hamburg to Wales in 2003.
The construction of the G20 to G24 never started or were never finished.
