Took a class today to learn how to fuse glass. We learned to cut glass and use several types of glass. Sheets, rods, strings and frit (?). After it is all laid out on a "sheet" of clear glass....this piece will be fired in a kiln and will become my new cheese plate! It goes to the kiln today and will not be ready to be picked up until next week.......hope to post a picture of the finished product at that time.
