I love the fairies at Bristol (The Fantastikals). I love Epona (the storm pony) more than anything. She's recaptured the same mischievous energy that "Blue fish boy" had a few years ago. If I have to choose one favorite, it'd be her (and not just because we bonded over Rice Krispies treats).

...this picture was used in my college fest's posters and ads...

We had a number of fun activities that would reward you with FREE POCKY!

• The easiest way to nab some Pocky Goodness was to come in costume take a pic and BAM! You got some FREE POCKY!

• Or, you could try your Luck at Pocky Pick-Up Sticks! A game where only the most steady of hand won in the land of Pockydome!

• Pocky Fortunes were told by the Great Wizard Zoltate and his lovely assistant Goldy! The Great and Powerful Wizard Zoltate loves Pocky and pimped himself out for Pocky Day. He and his lovely assistant gave out fortunes and if your love for Pocky was as great as his, maybe even some FREE Pocky!

• You could save your favorite Pocky from "Horrible Death" by Battling to the DEATH at Jankenpyon Galdium! Winner got FREE POCKY!

All in all, much fun was had in celebration of the Pocky Day to end all Pocky Days... after all the Pocky sticks only line up on the calendar once in a generation

Kasey talks. I could listen to him talk all day long.

In my endless search for inspiration on Flickr, I keep finding pictures of wet CD's, so hey why not add to the huge collection on here? Some good, some not so good (but you should see the other 300 I haven't posted on here!).

Anyone remember when they first demonstrated CD's on Tomorrows World? They showed how "indestructable" they were by smearing jam on them etc. Having been brought up on vinyl, I was suitably impressed. Looking back now though, a scratched CD is more useless than a scratched record because you can't play anything on it.

I'd like to say the CD I used was by Wet Wet Wet, but I don't own any (on grounds of good taste). It's a blank CD-R. I might dry it off and try using it to see if it is "indestructable"
