There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and looks onto the patio. The second room has two single beds and has a window looking onto the staircase of the old palace. The third bedroom is interior, there is a window but very little natural light.

This is our newest practice room, we added this space within the last year. It definitely has a different look and feel than the others do. It's a little bit more live sounding, but well managed with the acoustical foam treatment on the walls and trihedrdal traps up in the corners. The load in is great too as it opens right up to the parking lot... just one door to contend with.

I'm sorry I didn't post a picture of the entire room here... but I really liked this shot! Studio #3 is our largest room, it's a 500 square foot space that has a stage with a drum riser and a great view of downtown Bellevue and Seattle!

This is one of the many medium studios we have here. 18x18 ft. - fully carpeted walls and floor without a stage or drum riser. LOUD PA system, you will never have a problem hearing your vocals in this room!

This is our smallest rehearsal room... 14x18 ft. is more than enough space to comfortably fit 3-4 people depending upon your setup and gear.

Although this room is fine, definitely as good as the others but in a different way. It has always been somewhat of a "challenge" for me. We've had a ceiling cave in years ago from too much snow on our roof, a gas leak, a flood from the bathroom next door and so on. Nobody has died in there yet, so I guess that's a good thing! There is a great window in there that opens , so you never know... maybe this Summer it will happen.
