Perhaps Mykonos is best known these days for a You Tube video in which a woman alleged to be Angela Merkel is seen dancing in a bikini at some sort of beach club. There is a certain amount of pelvic thrusting and breast cupping. I know, I know, I'm sorry for the mental image. Doubts have been expressed as to whether the woman is actually Mrs Merkel or merely another woman who resembles her. All I can say, lads, is don't look: it could put you off for life. I was on Mykonos in spring last year. I even had the marinaded (marinated?) squid ...or was it octopus? A nice enough place for a few hours, but that was enough. Our waiter had lived for some years in Peterborough, of which he had a low opinion. He was right, of course, but also wrong.
Love this camera, thought I'd take pictures of it before it transfers hands. Our local developer closed shop this year and it's too diffucult for me to mail films. Only 800 shutter count. Sold recently.
