Rally against the use of fossil fuels, the burning of which contributes significantly to climate change. In the background a powerstation (Hemwegcentrale) operated on coal. The rally is organised by 'Code Rood' ('Code Red for the climate'), hence the red banner and flags.

Back seat removed to access the in-tank fuel pump on the Subaru. I bought a unit off ebay, hoping to resolve a weird reading on the fuel gauge and possibly a lean running misfire problem.
I'm in a micro-space mood.
This is for the challenge on the LEGO Microspacetopia group.
Check out the function here.
A KC-135 Stratotanker from the Nebraska Air National Guard's 155th Air Refueling Wing passes fuel to a B-2 Spirit May 22, 2012, over Southern Colorado. The KC-135, first deployed in 1956, is one of the Air Force's longest serving aircraft type. The B-2 fleet is one of the Air Force's youngest, reaching initial operational capability in 1997. Together, these two aircraft and their crews allow the Air Force to reach targets across the globe in a matter of hours. (U.S. Air Force photo by Duncan Wood)

This is a child's educational toy. It is a salt water fuel cell engine car kit. Designed to teach children about new forms of clean energy. The engine uses a magnesium sheet and salt water to produce electricity to power an electric motor which in turn, through a series of gears, turns the wheels. If only my car could run on salt water!

The EarthCARE propulsion team is getting ready to carry out the task of fuelling the satellite.
Since the hydrazine fuel is hazardous, only the propulsion team is allowed to be in the cleanroom for this part of the launch campaign. Also, the fuelling crew has to train in preparation for the fuelling activities, which involves putting on special suits and practicing the steps needed to fuel the satellite.
