Арка Дружбы народов в Крещатом парке.
Монумент посвящен объединению Украины с Россией, произошедшему в 1654 г. Когда-то монумент украшали две надписи: «В ознаменование воссоединения Украины с Россией» и «Сооружено в год 60-летия образования СССР».
Состоит из трёх элементов: арки из титановых листов в виде огромной радуги, бронзовой скульптуры двух трудящихся и скульптуры из гранита со сценой из Переяславской рады.
Открытие состоялось в 1982 году после четырёхлетнего строительства и было приурочено к 60-летнему юбилею образования СССР.

Birchgrove, near Balmain.
Sydney.
So after work today I thought I would visit Birchgrove, near Balmain, to get some photos of the harbour from Ballast Point Park. This one was taken with my Samsung Galaxy S20+ mobile phone camera.
And I have just processed it in Snapseed whilst here at the 'Monkey King' Thai restaurant on Darling Street, Balmain. I will process all the Canon photos over the coming days, or weeks, lol.
