The joiners and plumbers have left for the weekend, so a quick walk out while there was still some light

Spring 🌱 fogging this morning , all is calm and quiet, the cats are sleeping, just the way I like it and perfect to enjoy some beautiful music with the earmuffs on ☺️....still listening to this gorgeous piano piece.

Its nice after a busy week to just sit down in the sun and relax :)

Today was not too bad...quite busy at work today but with only 2 people in for 3 hours we managed just fine :)

I've not really had a chance to properly have a sit down as I've been so busy this week and i've been doing lots of walking (Oxford and London trip this week) but as soon as I got home today and sat outside and chilled out :)

Hope everyone has a good weekend :)

One day like this - Elbow

Final day of project 365 - 358 = 7: It's friday and it has been raining all day, then when i finish work, the rain stops, and the sun comes out. I LOVE Fridays!

Today is Bat Appreciation Day 🐱

We love our bats, the real ones and the ones who like to pretend they are. During the summer months we sit by the bonfire in our backyard and watch the bats fly about dining on the mosquitoes. Pretty neat creatures if you let them be.

When Batman/ Bat showed up in 2017 he looked so much like a baby bat and according to my daughter she was sure he was a male so naturally we had to name him Bat/Batman.

'The Friday Feeling' is having a laugh right now! Most days of the week I dont know what day it is. I'm lucky I don't have school aged children to home school, but it's hard to get excited about 'Whoop it's Friday' any more. Each day feels much like the rest. None of us are leaving the house, unless its do visit parents or get food shop or go for a walk. All those happen Monday to Sunday...Im just longing to get back to normality and have something different to do of an evening to do and travel!!

Saturday's I sometimes do a big clean, but I did that today!

A Sunday (veggie) roast, which we have not stuck to for years, does make it feel a little different, putting in a lot more effort into one meal.

I'm rambling and have nothing more to add than, its Friday and whatever that means to you in this pandemic, enjoy that feeling, if it feels any different.

Yes I'm wearing the same sweater I had on yesterday, but I did wash my hair today is it too early to pour a Gin and Tonic?

This is where Mrs FridayFeeling wanted to go on her birthday, so that's what we did! It was blowing a hoolie at the top and impossible to stand still, yet the views, light and rainbows were amazing.
