An interesting sight in a mountain province in Luzon. Not for the faint hearted. In case you have not got it, this is a shop selling beef. The cow's head is testament of its freshness.
I got to walk through a foot of totally virgin powder snow by my office this morning. It was awesome. I walked through it again after work, my tracks from the a.m. were almost the only ones there.
This shop closed a number of years ago yet its produce seems as fresh as ever :^)
The bird has been there for over 6 months now.
